More staff: Staffing in all areas of nursing and care must be improved to ensure adequate care.
Better working conditions: Employees need a healthy working environment, including adequate rest periods and protective measures.
Quality care and support: Only if stress at work is reduced and employees have more time for the individual clients can they offer high-quality care and support.
Sufficient funding: In order for care and support to be accessible to everyone who depends on it, investments in the institutions of the social economy are needed and, last but not least, fair wages for employees.
Uniform Austria-wide staffing ratio: A uniform staffing ratio for nursing and care facilities is necessary to ensure a fair distribution of resources and appropriate care.
I would like to see a revision of the Paramedic Act with new training. In addition, there is a need for uniform financing throughout Austria in care, care, the health sector and childcare.
