Negotiations on the BARS collective agreement will start on 1 December. It will come into force on 1 January 2026 and will apply to around 750 employees.

On Wednesday, November 26 at 2:30 p.m., employees from all over Austria will gather at the Platz der Menschenrechte in Vienna. Their goal: to fight for a fair offer.

The collective bargaining negotiations for the 8,000 employees of the Diakonie started on October 28 and went into the second round on November 17. The talks have been constructive so far.

The collective bargaining negotiations on the VKA KV (formerly Caritas) will start on 21.11.2025. The collective agreement will apply from 1 January 2026 and affects 500 employees.
