The trade union vida reached minimum wage agreements for around 3,000 employees.

Works councils from the security sector discussed the priorities for 2025 at a conference initiated by the trade union vida. The most important fixed point of the year: the collective agreement negotiations in autumn.

During the Corona period, security personnel took care of the protection of critical infrastructure such as hospitals or Covid test lanes. The colleagues from the security industry could even be seen in front of food markets. However, this public focus is still not reflected in the appreciation of the employees from the security sector.
