We are not only experts in your industry, with a union membership you have many personal advantages

But there is more at stake: because trade unions are based on the principle of solidarity. This means that the more members, the more weight a union has. In this way, the union can represent your interests as an employee and also negotiate your collective agreement.

Yes, the Chamber of Labour also represents the interests of employees. All employees are legally members of the Chamber of Labour. The Chamber of Labour represents the concerns of the many in politics and the public, offers comprehensive advice and representation in labour law and is committed to consumer protection.

The trade unions , on the other hand, are voluntary associations. In order to enforce the interests of the employees, trade unions can also call for strikes . Trade unions are therefore the workers' fighting organisations.

IMPORTANT: In the event of a strike, union members are covered with strike and lockout support .

In addition, the union supports employees with problems at work. For example, if overtime is not paid or there are payroll discrepancies, members can contact their union. The union protects against discrimination and exploitation and, if necessary, also represents its members in court.
