Caretakers and facility managers: minimum wages rise sharply

House caretakers, caretakers and facility supervisors can look forward to an increase in their minimum wages. A total of 19 new minimum wage tariffs were negotiated, which will increase by 3.8 and 3.9 percent. They will come into force on 1 January 2026.

"With these agreements, we were able to secure the purchasing power of our colleagues," says Gernot Kopp, Chairman of the vida Facility Management Department.
