After eight rounds of negotiations, an offer is on the table for the approximately 10,000 non-medical employees of the Order Hospitals of Upper Austria.

After five intensive rounds of negotiations, the following negotiation result was confirmed by the employees by a vote.

With an all-day strike, employees from all eight religious hospitals in Upper Austria have sent a clear signal. A total of around 1,700 non-medical employees took part in strike meetings. The high level of participation shows that the patience of the employees has been exhausted.
