What should our collective agreement look like in the future?
In order to be able to set the right priorities in the upcoming collective bargaining negotiations, we need to know which topics are most important to you personally.
Around 7,000 colleagues took part in our KV survey - a strong sign of cohesion and co-determination!
In about three months, collective bargaining negotiations for around 55,000 employees in 98 railway companies will begin. We will take your concerns and priorities with us to the negotiating table. Because a good collective agreement starts with listening to the employees.

Now the answers will be evaluated and the winners of the three Apple iPads will be drawn. At the end of August, we will inform you about the results of the survey and the exact start of negotiations.
