Violence Conference 2026
Violence and bullying in the workplace are serious problems with far-reaching consequences for those affected, organisations and society. They not only affect the mental and physical health of employees, but also cooperation, performance and the working atmosphere.
With this symposium, we offer space to present and discuss current findings, practical approaches and effective prevention and intervention strategies. We want to encourage people, strengthen knowledge and impart strategies to ensure respect, dignity and safe working conditions. Because we are all part of the solution!
