KV private hospitals: This will apply from April 2025
The collective bargaining negotiations for employees of private hospitals in 2024 resulted in a conclusion for 21 months. The financial statements for 2025 will come into force on 1 April 2025.

There is good news for employees in private hospitals: their collective agreement will bring important improvements from April 1, 2025. After collective bargaining wages, salaries and allowances were already increased by 9.15 percent in the previous year, there is now a further increase of 2.7 percent. In addition, night, Sunday and holiday bonuses will increase by 25 percent.
KV Private Hospitals - Further Improvements
- Crediting of equivalent previous periods of service from 01.01.2025
- Scheme extension by 3 stages from 01.01.2025 (Annexes II, IV, VI)
- Introduction of two vacation days from 01.01.2025 from the next vacation year:
- After 5 years of service: 1 day of vacation
- After 10 years of service: 1 day of leave
