As a vida legal protection expert, your area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- Advice and support or representation of members and works councils (BR, ZBR, KBR, youth councils, representatives for the disabled, etc.) in labour and social law issues
- Internal legal support and advice to political leaders, secretaries and employees of the trade union,
- Legal preparation of meetings and discussions, participation in committees and working groups, cooperation and assistance within the department
- Participation in collective bargaining negotiations, drafting and drafting of works agreements, assessment of employment contracts
- Basic work on legal issues and trade union policy
- Legal assessment of laws, ordinances and drafting of statements on the same
- Legal protection: Implementation of interventions for members, drafting of pleadings in labour and social law proceedings, legal representation in 1. Instance
- Speaker activity within the vida educational events (basic courses for works councils)
What you bring to the table:
- Are you interested in supporting trade union members and works councils in legal matters and do you like to work for better working conditions?
- Do you have a degree in law with ideally completed a court year?
- Do you have experience in employment/social law as well as consulting experience?
- Are you socio-politically engaged, communicative and feel comfortable working independently but also in a team?
- Are you communicative and have consulting experience?
- Do you have knowledge of representation in court and administrative authorities, this would be an advantage?
- Do you have coordination, planning and organizational skills?
- Do you have negotiation and conflict skills?
- Do you have IT user knowledge and are willing to undergo further training?

- Minimum salary € 4,536.63 (subject to development classification); Recognition of specific previous professional experience, overtime is compensated
