These exciting tasks are waiting for you:
- You will develop and supervise trade union and socio-political campaigns at state and company level
- You are jointly responsible for recruiting members and organising trade unions in the companies you supervise
- You are jointly responsible for the media and advertising work of vida Carinthia
- You are jointly responsible for the organization and support of events for the industries we represent
- You negotiate and intervene with/with employers and authorities
- You will support and advise members and works councils on questions relating to the workplace
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or studies, preferably with a focus on advertising, sales, communication
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of campaign and project management, moderation, conflict management and/or foreign languages (Slovenian, B/H/S, Turkish, Italian, Hungarian...), employment law is an advantage
- Experience in independent work
- Experience in structured research
- Austria and Europe have been in permanent crisis mode for years. Commitment, resilience and flexibility are therefore an absolute advantage if we want to leave the world in a better state than we found it

Your salary:
Minimum salary € 3,828.67; for full-time employees, 37.5 hours per week; Recognition of specific previous professional experience, overtime will be compensated, your place of employment is the State Secretariat in 9500 Villach.
