Your tasks as a subject matter expert:
Knowledge of health and social services is an advantage in Upper Austria Linz.
- Supervision of the development of the collective agreement framework law
- Consultations and recording of applications for legal protection
- Planning, participation in internal and external events, campaigns and campaigns incl. project management
- Presentation and lecture activities
- Accompaniment and implementation of conferences, meetings, retreats, etc.
- Networking and advocacy work
- Networking and cooperation with AK and trade unions
- Strategic work to organize the industry and attract new members
- Support for member recruitment
- Care and support of works councils and members
- Supervision and support for works council elections and works meetings
- Securing the flow of information between trade unions and companies
- Organisation of trade union action such as public works meetings or strikes.
What you bring to the table:
- High level of identification with the values of the Austrian Trade Union Confederation and the trade union vida
- Special expertise and/or special professional experience in the above-mentioned professional groups is an advantage
- Knowledge of labour and social law
- Experience in the field of member acquisition, sales, organizing, participation and mobilization
- High implementation competence and organizational skills, ideally knowledge and experience in project management
- Communicative personality with a positive, cosmopolitan attitude
- Assertiveness, initiative and creativity
- Resilience and reliability
- Multilingualism is an advantage
- Willingness to work in the field and overtime
- Driving licence B

Minimum salary € 3,828.67; Full-time
Recognition of specific previous professional experience, overtime is compensated.
Your place of employment is the vida Provincial Secretariat Upper Austria, in 4020 Linz, but your area of employment is throughout Austria, including overnight stays abroad, so you should be willing to travel and socialize.
