  • Support for works councils and functionaries
  • Advice on collective agreement, employment and social law with a focus on building management
  • Legal advice and admission of applications for legal protection
  • Organisation and support of works meetings and works council elections
  • Planning and participation in events, campaigns and campaigns incl. project management
  • Support in collective agreement negotiations and information transfer to companies
  • Preparation and moderation of meetings, seminars and retreats (also online)
  • Representation of trade union positions in companies
  • Participation in committees as well as establishment and maintenance of networks (e.g. with AK, trade unions, stakeholders)
