The task:
As a vida office assistant , your area of responsibility includes looking after members through service in telephone, personal and written form, completing classic paperwork and correspondence, creating written materials, keeping and editing minutes, filing, documentation and archiving, as well as compiling specialist information and work documents; other important focal points are party traffic, input and maintenance of internal member data, assistance at events and trade union actions as well as the creation, evaluation and processing of simple statistics; Communication and maintaining contact with the settlement offices in the companies as well as with the works councils.
Our requirements for you are:
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Dealing with simple statistics and data evaluations
- Structured and precise way of working
- Hash or Hak finishing is an advantage
- Very good organizational skills as well as very good teamwork and communication skills
- Additional foreign languages desired
- Willingness to undergo further training
