Head of Collective Agreements & Wage Negotiations in the Industry Expert Area

As a manager of a team of around 15 people , you will act at the central interface for the salary negotiations of thousands of employees in many different industries. The work of your team makes a REAL difference to thousands of people in this country.

As Head of the Department of Departments, you will be responsible for the technical, personnel, organizational and financial management of this organizational unit.

These exciting tasks are waiting for you:

• Leading and developing a team of about 15 professionals
• Coordination and implementation of collective agreement negotiations
• Further development of the department including personnel and change management
• Legal preparation of labour law issues for campaigns
• Cooperation with volunteers, social partners and internal interfaces
• Support for political campaigns and membership recruitment
• Budget responsibility and organizational control

A profile that inspires us:

• Are you an experienced collective bargaining negotiator and would like to take on leadership responsibility in the vida trade union?
• Or do you have management experience and have completed training in labour and social law, comprehensive practical knowledge or a law degree?
• And you would like to further develop a central organisational unit of the vida trade union, perhaps even have previous knowledge in the field of personnel development and change management?
