Subject matter expert in advocacy in the field of service and product development for our members

These exciting tasks are waiting for you:

  • New development, implementation and ongoing optimization of standardized products and efficient processes for various groups
    • Analysis of data, competitors and derivation of strategies and measures
    • Ongoing control and optimization of existing products and processes
    • Holistic "management/conducting" of innovation, products and processes (analogue and digital)
    • Process design and interface definition for existing and under development products
    • Specification and monitoring of requirements for internal and external IT systems
    • Contract, pricing and document drafting of product and member offers
    • Development and monitoring of profitability models and business case analyses
    • KPI transparency for product and DL offers (incl. performance marketing)
  • Participation in the development and implementation of marketing, sales and communication concepts and processes; Co-design of communication member campaigns

A profile that inspires us:

  • Business or technical studies or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in product and process development/management appropriate to the position
  • Experience in project work and ideally also in project management
  • Confident in using MS Office 365 products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems desirable
  • Professional experience in the energy or telecommunications industry is an advantage
  • Independent way of working and high customer orientation (UI/UX).
  • Independent, systematic and structured working style as well as analytical understanding
  • Enjoy working in a team and with product/sales partners
