In addition to classic accounting, you will actively work in accounts receivable – from posting membership fees to dunning and bank statement booking.

These exciting tasks are waiting for you:

• Cash management
• Transfers via telebanking
• Recording, processing and posting of incoming invoices
• Receivables management and dunning
• Starting the Purchase Invoice Workflows
• Control/import of expense reports
• Maintenance and maintenance of master data in BMD and in the member clearing system
• Posting of membership fees, bank statement entries and active dunning
• Collaboration on the annual financial statements

A profile that inspires us:

• Accuracy and numerical reasoning
• Completed commercial training, ideally 2-3 years of experience in accounting
• Experience with BMD system desirable
• Confident in using MS Office 365 products
• Structured, independent and proactive way of working
• Enjoy working in a friendly team with great commitment
